I   gently  guide  women juggling the demands of daily life, de-prioritizing themselves in the process, to  optimize  their   sleep, nutrition, and energy regulation  in simple and accessible ways so they can experience more joy and ease moment-to-moment.  
My coaching blends modern science and the ancient Vedic wisdom systems of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish, illuminating mind, body and soul connection for more vibrant living.
 
The path to optimal health and well-being is one of radical personal responsibility (your ability to respond). This wisdom provides a comprehensive approach, helping you relearn your own intuitive language, rooted in nature (the elements and the qualities), so you can return to homeostasis, creating an environment for health and healing to occur naturally.
What would it look like if you stopped compromising your own needs and reconnected with the most authentic and aligned version of yourself?

What would it look like if you had a
 more supportive relationship with rest and could learn to slow down in your body and mind? 

Right now... how can you show up with more love, compassion, and non-judgement for yourself in this moment?

The practice, the action, the awareness, the response... all happen in the micro-moments. What do you choose for yourself? Pause and get curious about your own well-being and learning how to better respond to your needs. Remember this is a practice of personal responsibility (your 
ability to respond) by taking the most helpful and aligned action in each moment.

Each moment is a choice and I believe that self-care is accessible in the micro-moments of the day and you can relearn how to 
intuitively nourish your whole-self with ease.
